Refunds are issued 14-21 days after the delivery date.

There is a delivery fee minimum of $36.00 with a $15.00 –  $20.00 increase at each additional $100.00 interval. This may vary slightly as the consideration of order size and sourcing are included in calculation.

Orders are delivered based on customers instruction. By providing an address, hotel, room registrant’s name, date of arrival and time. This can be noted at the end of your order page in the Instructions Box.

Yes, Orders can be delivered prior to your arrival.  Just provide a delivery address, hotel name, room registrant’s name,  arrival date and time. Notify Hotel Front Office of your delivery and we will deliver the day of arrival.

If you receive an item that is broken, incorrect or missing, immediately notify us by email and we will have the item replaced or issue you a refund on the item.

To change your delivery address notify us by email prior to scheduled delivery date and time.

Our company’s policy is that orders received before 12:00 p.m. are delivered after 5:00 p.m. that same day. Orders received after 12:00 noon are delivered before 5:00 p.m. the following day.

Currently, we provide delivery service to Providenciales only.  Other locations to be added shortly.

There is no time too far in advance to place an order. The earlier we receive your order the better it is for us to source all items.

To ensure items are delivered prior to your arrival a 48-hour advance order is suggested.  Please note that Alcoholic beverages are not sold on Sundays. The farther in advance an order is placed the easier it is to source those items in time for delivery.

Yes, you may place an order while already on the island.

Because we are a remote island the availability and variety of items are limited. We do keep our listings as current as possible with the local stores, but cannot guarantee the items will be in stock at the time of purchase.  In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email with the alternatives or the option to issue you a refund.  Please note that we do our best to provide what you requested.

We deliver orders every day of the week with the exception of alcoholic beverages on Sundays. It should be noted the Turks & Caicos laws prohibit the sale of alcoholic beverages on Sundays, so orders for alcoholic beverages received on Saturday evening or Sunday will not be purchased and delivered until Monday.
