Refund Policy

In Case of Defective Item:

In the event an item is defective i.e. broken, leaking, expired, or any other issues you can contact our customer support team; at (242) 439-8699. We have a “no questions asked return policy”. If you are not satisfied with the product received you can return it to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery and can contact our customer support team. We request that you to check the products at the time of delivery.

Refund in case of Cancellation/Return:

The amount will be refunded back to your credit/debit card, it will take 7-14 business days to reflect in your statement. In case of any queries please contact our customer support team. We will not be issuing any refunds in cash. Refunds will be issued on the amount collected and the price of items at the time of purchase.

To cancel the entire order:

You can contact our customer support team to cancel the order; you can do so up to the time we process the order. Once the order is processed you will not be able to cancel it and sometimes the orders may be processed within one hour of order time. You Can Request cancellation by phone 1-(242) 439-8699 or EMAIL

There will be a $25.00 fee for processing cancellations, this will be deducted from your account balance.

Cancellations Due To Bad Weather

In the event of an impending storm such as a hurricane or other meteorological occurrences that threaten the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI), you can reschedule your delivery date or cancel your order – which would be refunded 100% to your credit card. 

To cancel items in Order:
